Definitions and Interpretation

The following words and phrases used in this document carry specific meanings. These definitions apply in the event of any dispute.

• "Platform" means the bet bdt website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.
• "Member" or "User" means the person who has registered on bet bdt and is using the services.
• "Account" means the personal profile of a registered member on the platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional funds or rewards provided by bet bdt.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the condition specifying how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn.
• "Service" means casino games, sports betting, live casino, and all other entertainment offerings.
• "We", "Our" means the company operating bet bdt.

Eligibility and Membership

The following eligibility conditions must be met to participate on the bet bdt platform.

2.1 Age Limit 21+

All bet bdt services are for persons aged 21 or older only. If this condition is not met at the time of registration, an account cannot be created. We reserve the right to cancel any account created using false information and to forfeit any deposited funds.

2.2 Applicable Jurisdiction

Members must confirm that using online gaming and betting services is not prohibited from their location. The user is solely responsible for complying with the laws applicable in their area.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and all bonuses cancelled. If multiple members of the same household use the same device or IP address, bet bdt may carry out a verification process.

2.4 Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. The member is solely responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.

Account Management

3.1 Login Security

Members are required to keep their username and password confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bet bdt may at any time request documents to verify a member's identity, age, and payment method. Withdrawals may be held until the required documents are provided. This verification process is conducted for the member's own security.

3.3 Account Responsibility

The member is responsible for all activity that takes place on their account. Using bots, automated software, or any technical means to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Transactions on the bet bdt platform can be made using the mobile banking and banking services commonly available in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Payment Verification

All payment transactions are subject to verification. bet bdt reserves the right to hold a transaction if money laundering or fraud is suspected. The deposit currency is Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Bonuses and Promotions

bet bdt offers various promotional offers. Each offer is subject to specific terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. The wagering requirement before withdrawing bonus funds is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in wagers.

5.2 Weekly Reload Bonus

The weekly bet bdt reload offer gives a 30% bonus on any deposit once per week, up to a maximum of ৳8,000, with a minimum deposit of ৳300. The wagering requirement is 18 times the bonus amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A member may claim each promotion only once (unless the promotion's own terms state otherwise).
• A bonus is not cash — the specified wagering requirement must be met before it can be withdrawn.
• bet bdt reserves the right to grant or withdraw any bonus.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account will be closed.
• Bonuses may apply differently across different games or betting categories.

Betting and Gaming Policy

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on bet bdt are settled according to the applicable rules and odds. We reserve the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from errors or technical issues.

6.2 Sports Betting

The rules applicable to all sports betting, including cricket and football, follow the international standards of the respective sport. If a match is suspended or abandoned, stakes will be refunded unless at least the minimum required portion of that match has been played.

6.3 Casino Games

Slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, and other games are each governed by their own rules. RTP and volatility information for each game is available on the relevant page. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine game outcomes.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum limits are set for each game and bet type. bet bdt may change these limits at any time.

Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited:

• Registering or conducting transactions using fraudulent information.
• Bonus abuse — claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts.
• Playing games or placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to access or hack another member's account.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Transferring or selling an account to another person.

Bet Cancellation and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Circumstances for Bet Cancellation

bet bdt may cancel a bet and return the stake in the following circumstances:

• If the match or event is fully cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If it is confirmed that the event reached a predetermined outcome before the scheduled time.

8.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If a member has a complaint about a bet or transaction, they should first contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. The support team will review the complaint and endeavour to resolve it as quickly as possible. If the member is not satisfied with the support team's decision, the matter may be escalated for further review.

Limitation of Liability

bet bdt is not liable for the following:

• Loss of a game or bet caused by an internet connection failure.
• Inconvenience caused by a member's own device or software issues.
• Interruptions or delays in a third-party payment provider's service.
• Any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the member.
• Circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure) — natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.

In any case, the maximum liability of bet bdt is limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bet bdt platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and data — is protected by the intellectual property rights of the respective owners.

• No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior permission.
• Third-party game software is the property of the respective game provider.
• bet bdt brand name and logo are protected trademarks.

Privacy & Data Protection

bet bdt is committed to protecting members' personal information. Details on how we collect, store, and use data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

• Members' personal information is never sold or transferred to third parties.
• All data is secured with SSL encryption technology.
• Usage data may be analyzed anonymously to improve service quality.

Responsible Gaming Policy

bet bdt believes that gaming and betting are purely for entertainment — they should not be treated as a source of income. We encourage all members to follow our detailed responsible gaming guidelines.

12.1 Setting Your Own Limits

Members can set their own deposit limits, bet limits, and session time limits. Contact our support team to use this feature.

12.2 Self-Exclusion Option

Account Closure & Suspension

13.1 Closure by Member

Any member may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closing the account. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn — it will be cancelled at the time of closure.

13.2 Suspension or Cancellation by bet bdt

We may suspend or cancel an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Bonus abuse.

If an account is cancelled for a valid reason, the actual cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned through the standard process.

Terms Amendment

bet bdt reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.

• Amended terms will take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the new terms, you will have the option to close your account.
